What we collect
We may collect account details, stories and personalization, names and relationships, uploaded photos, generated art, prompts and outputs, usage and device information, payment and print-order information, support messages, and security logs.
How we use it
We use data to authenticate accounts, create books, analyze and generate images, provide support, process payments and printing, prevent abuse, maintain security, measure operations, and comply with law. Uploaded images may be sent to configured AI providers for the requested operation.
Children and permissions
Accounts are adult-operated. You must have authority to submit content involving children or other people. Do not let children create accounts or upload content independently.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with Supabase, configured AI providers, hosting and observability services, payment processors, print and delivery providers, and professional or legal advisers. Providers may process data under their agreements and applicable law.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as needed for the service, security, support, legal, payment, tax, dispute, and backup purposes. Deletion requests remove active data through an auditable workflow; backups and legally required records may persist for their documented retention period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by using Privacy Requests or contacting the designated privacy address. Additional state, California, or international rights may apply depending on location and legal thresholds.
Security and contact
We use access controls, private storage, normalization, and reasonable safeguards, but no system is guaranteed secure. Company identity, privacy contact, vendor register, retention schedule, international-transfer details, and complaint process must be completed before launch.
